- Patentability Search
A patentability search is conducted before applying for patent protection to ensure that the invention fulfils the criteria of patentability such as Novelty, Non-obviousness, and Capability of industrial application.
We provide the following patentability searches to our clients depending upon the market requirement:
- Knock out Search - It is 8-12 hours search to recognize the novelty of an invention disclosure.

Our domain experts conduct 28-40 hours search to check any overlapping prior art references that may obstruct the grant of a patent of invention. A feature-wise analysis of identified prior art references is reflected in the final search report. - Invention Analysis
