These programs give chances to travel to other countries, opportunities to engage with global clients and establish their networks.

4A IP Solutions has a global presence and therefore we serve international clients in various legal matters. Working with international clients provides global exposure to our employees and associates. This might be an opportunity for our employees and associates to grow and recognize professionally worldwide.

The 4A Training Program (Agile, Act, Attend & Achieve) is our flagship mobility program. The 4A Training Program provides our associates with an excellent opportunity to develop their professional capacity by active participation in the daily work of the host office and to expose them to various kinds of clients and matters. The participants of the 4A Training Program are provided all the training and development opportunities by their hosts and they are also encouraged to take LL.M and other relevant courses, External Education Programs, and other Similar Programs as available in the jurisdiction of the host.

The program is open to associates who have been with us for at least two years

We also support full-time graduate legal studies by providing scholarships to our associates, usually in a college or university that is near to any of our offices. These scholarships are available to associates who have been with us for at least two years and the scheme includes the completion of a graduate law degree (LLB or similar degree). Each scholarship is available till the completion of the course. The precondition to avail of such scholarship is that the beneficiary must contract to work with our firm for a minimum of 3 years.
